Over the last few years as scientists learn more about the human brain there’s been an enormous  amount of research into how the practice of mindfulness meditation supports and improves our brain function...there’s good evidence that even a short regular practice improves our capacity to focus, to think clearly, and to remember.

But not only that – mindfulness also helps to balance mood, improves sleep, digestion, the immune system and our capacity to deal with stress!  Why not come along to hear more about the research, the benefits and learn some easy and enjoyable practices to get you started straight away
